About This Patient

This 41 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested rejuvenation of her breasts and torso. She was bothered by the small size of her breasts as well as fullness of her abdomen and hips. The patient is 5’7″ tall and weighs 137 pounds. During her pre-operative Sizing Session, she selected 350 cc and 360 cc saline implants on the right and left sides, respectively. During surgery, Dr. Parker inserted these implants into a partial submuscular location through bilateral inframammary incisions. He then performed a lipoabdominoplasty and SAFE liposuction of the hips, removing 400 cc of fat from each side. The patient had a quick and painless recovery from all these procedures. She is delighted with her new breast size as well as the markedly improved shape of her abdomen and hips.
