Breast Enlargement (Augmentation) Patient 34**

About This Patient

This 45 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requested breast enhancement. Her breasts have always been smaller than she would like, but became even smaller after pregnancy. The patient is 5’5″ and weighs 112 pounds; she currently wears an A cup bra and would like to be a B cup, stressing that she doesn’t want anything “too drastic”. In her pre-operative Sizing Sessions, the patient decided upon 275 cc silicone implants to be inserted through infra mammary incisions. Dr. Parker complied with the patient’s wishes, inserting 275 cc silicone implants in each breast. Postoperatively, the patient experienced very little pain, bruising or swelling. She is very pleased with improved size and shape of her breasts as well as their natural and soft feel.
