Breast Enlargement (Augmentation) Patient 35**

About This Patient

This 38 year old has always been bothered by the small size of her breasts. It took her many years to get up the courage to seek a consultation with a plastic surgeon. After her initial meeting with Dr. Parker 10 years before, she finally returned for her surgery. In her preoperative sizing session, the patient decided upon 300 to 330 cc silicone implants. During surgery, Dr. Parker inserted a 300 cc implant on the right side and 325 cc on the left side to correct her pre-existing asymmetry. An inframammary incision was used and the implants placed in a submuscular position. Postoperatively, the patient recovered quickly and painlessly returning back to normal activities shortly after surgery.
