Breast Lift (Vertical Mastopexy Only) Patient 13**

About This Patient

This 22 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by her gynecologist for correction of her large, asymmetric, and pendulous breasts. The patient told Dr. Parker that her breasts developed early and became quite large. She said she wears a 30 FF cup. The size of her breasts cause her back and neck pain, give her difficulty in finding bras, and that they interfere with exercise. Dr. Parker performed a vertical breast reduction and “lollipop lift”, removing 325 grams of tissue from the right breast and 180 grams from the left side. The patient recovered quickly afterwards with little pain. She is thrilled with the markedly improved appearance and contour of her smaller, uplifted breasts.
