Breast Lift with Auto-Augmentation Patient 5**

About This Patient

This 20 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by another patient requesting improvement in the appearance of her breasts. She had recently undergone significant weight loss with a reduction in breast size from F to DD. She requested Dr. Parker to make her breasts smaller (large C, small D cup), lift them and restore fullness to the upper portion of her breasts. At surgery, Dr. Parker did just that: he removed 180 grams of breast tissue from the larger right breast and 60 grams from the smaller left side. He transferred breast tissue from the lower portion of the breasts to the upper and secured this tissue with sutures to restore the fullness here the patient desired. Finally, he performed a “lollipop” lift to elevate the breasts higher on the chest wall. The patient’s recovery from surgery was unremarkable. She loves her uplifted, smaller, and better shaped breasts.
