Breast Enlargement (Augmentation) Patient 60**

About This Patient

This 42 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by another patient. After giving birth to 3 children, the patient said she was bothered by her sagging breasts and buttocks. She wished to have her abdomen, hips and thighs made more shapely. The patient is 5’4″ tall and weighs 122 pounds. At surgery, Dr. Parker inserted differential sized silicone implants to optimize the pre-existing asymmetry in the patient’s breasts: 325 cc on the right side and 275 cc on the left. Using VASER liposuction, he removed 420 cc of fat from the abdomen, 460 cc of fat from each hip, 120 cc of fat from each inner thigh and 300 cc of fat from each outer thigh. Dr. Parker then purified the fat and injected 420 cc of fat into each buttock. The patient had little pain after surgery and recovered quickly. She is very happy with her fuller breasts as well as the improved contour of her abdomen, hips, thighs and buttocks.
