Breast Enlargement (Augmentation) Patient 65**

About This Patient

This 23 year old presented to Dr. Parker saying she did not like the look of her abdomen and breasts after giving birth to two children, now ages 2 and 4. She requested more volume in her breasts, which had “deflated” after breast feeding, and a better contoured abdomen. The patient had laser liposuction performed on her abdomen previously by another surgeon and she said it only made its appearance worse. Dr. Parker performed breast augmentation, inserting 425 cc silicone breast implants through periareolar incisions into partial sub-muscular pockets. He also performed a lipoabdominoplasty. The patient enjoyed a prompt recovery from these procedures. She loves her new look and is much more self confident with an improved body image afterwards.
