Breast Enlargement (Augmentation) Patient 64**

About This Patient

This 29 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by her gynecologist after having given birth to 2 children. She complained about her hanging abdominal skin and stretch marks, as well as the loss of fullness in her breasts. She wears a 34 B cup, is 5’5” tall and weighs 125 pounds. Dr. Parker performed breast augmentation, inserting silicone breast implants through inframammary incisions into a partial sub muscular pocket on each side. In order to correct the patient’s pre-existing asymmetry, he used a 400 cc implant on the right breast and 375 cc on the left. At the same surgery, he also performed a lipoabdominoplasty. The patient enjoyed a smooth recovery. She loves her fuller breasts and more attractive abdomen.
