Breast Enlargement (Augmentation) Patient 63**

About This Patient

The 23 year old patient has given birth to 3 children. She requested that Dr. Parker improve her breasts which had “deflated” after pregnancy, and correct the excess skin, fat and stretch marks on her abdomen as well. The patient is 5’2” tall and weighs 110 pounds. She currently wears a 34 B cup and desires to be a C cup. Dr. Parker performed breast augmentation using 270 cc saline implants inserted through inframammary incisions into a partial sub muscular location. He also performed a lipoabdominoplasty and VASER liposuction of the hips, removing 450 cc of fat from each hip. The patient recovered well afterwards. She is very happy with her fuller breasts and the improved contour of her abdomen and hips. What a nice difference!
