Breast Enlargement (Augmentation) Patient 62**

About This Patient

This 39 year old has given birth to 2 children, the youngest being 13 years old. She complained her breasts became “deflated and empty” after breast feeding and that her abdominal skin sagged following her pregnancies and weight loss. She recently lost 30 pounds and now feels her weight is stable. The patient is 5’2” tall and weighs 128 pounds. Dr. Parker performed breast augmentation, inserting 275 cc silicone implants into a partial sub muscular position through inframammary incisions. He also performed a lipoabdominoplasty and SAFE liposuction of the patient’s hips, removing 250 cc of fat from each side. The patient recovered quickly afterwards. She loves her fuller breasts and her shapelier abdomen and hips. She thanked Dr. Parker repeatedly for restoring her youthful figure.
