Breast Enlargement (Augmentation) Patient 61**

About This Patient

This 39 year old nurse gave birth to 2 children and never bounced back from the second baby 7 years ago. She complained to Dr. Parker about the “kangaroo pouch” on her abdomen, fullness in her hips and her small breasts. She is a 36 A cup and said most bras don’t fit well at all. The patient is 4’11” and weighs 123 pounds. Dr. Parker performed a breast augmentation, inserting 325 cc silicone implants into a partial sub muscular position through inframammary incisions, a lipoabdominoplasty, and SAFE liposuction of the hips, removing 350 cc of fat from each side. The patient recovered very quickly afterwards. She is absolutely thrilled with the improved appearance of her breasts, abdomen and hips. This has given her a renewed sense of enhanced body image and self esteem.
