About This Patient

This 35 year old patient had a breast augmentation with another plastic surgeon ten years ago. She had 330 cc saline implants inserted through transaxillary incisions. She and her husband said the implants always sat too high on her chest. Four years ago, the left implant spontaneously deflated. She requested that Dr. Parker remove her existing implants and replace them with silicone implants. She is 5’5″ and weighs 125 pounds, and in her Sizing and Shaping Session, she chose 500 cc implants. At surgery, using well concealed inframammary incisions, Dr. Parker removed her prior implants, adjusted the implant pockets appropriately, and then inserted 500 cc silicone implants. Pleased with her recovery, the patient and her husband told Dr. Parker “the work you did is amazing”. She and her husband both absolutely love the way she looks.
