Removal & Replacement of Implants Patient 4**
About This Patient
This 56 year old presented to Dr. Parker with a several week history of a spontaneous deflation of her right saline breast implant, inserted 7 years earlier. After a discussion of options with Dr. Parker during her consultation, the patient opted to replace her current saline implants with slightly larger silicone implants to prevent a repeat deflation, for greater softness and less rippling. Using the patient’s previously healed inframammary incisions, Dr. Parker removed her 270 cc saline implants and replaced them with 300 cc silicone implants. The patient recovered quickly from the procedure and was delighted by the look and feel of her new implants.
