About This Patient

This 58 year old had undergone several prior breast augmentation surgeries and 3 years ago, a breast lift, all performed by different surgeons. She did not like the way her implants looked including an “animation” deformity. She asked Dr. Parker to replace these implants with a higher profile, somewhat larger implant below the pectoralis muscle. Dr. Parker spent a lot of time before surgery with the patient to clarify her sizing concerns. The patient is 5’1 1/2″ tall and weighs 118 pounds. She currently wears a 34 C cup. At surgery, Dr. Parker replaced her 235 cc partial submuscular low profile silicone implants with 250 cc subglandular higher profile implants. The patient said her recovery from this procedure was easy, and now she finally really loves the size and shape of her breasts.
