About This Patient

This 33 year old African American patient requested restoration of the lost volume in her breasts following two pregnancies and subsequent breast feeding. The patient says she is a small B cup, is 5’4″ tall and weighs 120 pounds. Dr. Parker discussed various options with the patient including implant style and size, areolar reduction and lift. The patient decided to have 375 cc Moderate Profile Plus silicone implants inserted into a partial submuscular position through inframammary incisions without the breast lift. Her recovery went well and she was pleased with her improvement. The patient subsequently returned requesting Dr. Parker to insert larger implants. After repeat Sizing and Shaping Sessions, the patient selected 500 cc High Profile silicone implants. These were inserted through the same inframammary incisions. The patient said her recovery “was a breeze”. She is very happy with the fuller size of her breasts.
