About This Patient

This 41 year old asked Dr. Parker to improve the appearance of her breasts. She had undergone peri areolar augmentation mastopexy elsewhere 6 years ago with the insertion of 375 cc saline implants. She liked the size of her implants but wanted to switch to silicone, have the areolas made smaller, and have her breasts lifted higher on her chest. The patient is 5’2″ tall and weighs 116 pounds. Dr. Parker exchanged her 375 cc saline implants for the same size silicone implants, then performed a lollipop lift or vertical mastopexy. The patient said her recovery was easy. She is very happy with her smaller areolas and uplifted and better shaped, soft breasts.
