About This Patient

This 46 year old patient noted spontaneous deflation to occur to her right breast implant after having had saline implants inserted a number of years ago. She asked Dr Parker to exchange her current implants for somewhat smaller silicone implants using her healed peri areolar scars. The patient is 5 feet tall and weighs 100 pounds. Prior to surgery, Dr Parker deflated the left implant under local anesthesia, removing 300 cc of saline. During a sizing session, the patient determined she wanted 275 cc silicone implants in both sides. Several weeks later at surgery, Dr Parker removed the 300 cc saline implants and inserted 275 cc silicone implants. The patient’s recovery was quick and easy. She loves the look and feel of her new implants.

The trio photo show before breast implants compared to the deflated right implant, and post removal and replacement of saline implants with smaller silicone implants.
