Removal & Replacement of Implants Patient 29**

About This Patient

This 34 year old had previously undergone silicone breast augmentation. She presented to Dr. Parker with a lump in her right breast. He obtained an MRI which showed a ruptured implant on that side. The patient requested her 375 cc implants be replaced with 475 cc silicone implants and both inframammary breast folds be elevated. The patient is 5′ 5″ and weighs 120 pounds. At surgery, Dr. Parker removed both of the 375 cc implants, including the ruptured one on the right side. He used internal sutures to raise the level of both inframammary folds and inserted 475 cc silicone implants. The patient was pleased and had a quick and pain free recovery. She is very happy with the size, shape and soft feel of her breasts.
