About This Patient

This 66 year old patient was referred to Dr. Parker by her physician. The patient came in requesting that Dr. Parker improve the appearance of her abdomen and hips. She said her abdomen has remained large since the birth of her last child 33 years ago. She has thought about a tummy tuck for many years but finally decided to do so in anticipation of a family wedding. The patient is 5′ 1″ tall and weighs 118 pounds. Dr. Parker performed a lipoabdominoplasty and liposuction of her hips, removing 350 cc of fat from each side. The patient enjoyed a rapid recovery from surgery. She loves the more contoured look of her abdomen and hips and has received many compliments about how good she looks.
