About This Patient

This 40 year old came in requesting that Dr. Parker improve the appearance of her breasts, abdomen, and hips. She said her breasts have always been small but became even smaller after having and breastfeeding 3 children. The patient is 5′ 3″ tall, weighs 120 pounds and wears a 34 A cup bra. During her Sizing and Shaping sessions, she selected silicone implants, 350 cc for her right and smaller breast, 325 cc for the left side. At surgery, Dr. Parker inserted these implants into a dual-plane pocket through inframammary incisions. At the same operation, he performed a lipoabdominoplasty and liposuction of the hips, removing 450 cc of fat from each side. The patient was pleasantly surprised about the relative ease of her recovery. She feels a greater sense of self esteem and much more self confident with her new body.
