About This Patient

This 51 year old patient was referred to Dr. Parker by her gynecologist. She requested rejuvenation of her breasts and abdomen. Following a c section and nursing 3 children, she was unhappy with the look of her breasts and abdomen. Her breasts were a D cup and she wanted them to be a C cup size and uplifted. The patient is 5’10” tall and weighs 200 pounds. She said she was at a realistic weight for herself. Dr. Parker performed a vertical or “lollipop” breast reduction and lift along with a lipoabdominoplasty and SAFE liposuction of the patient’s hips. He removed 205 grams of breast tissue from the right side and 85 grams from the left, 1025 cc of fat from the abdomen with SAFE liposuction and 1175 cc of fat from each hip with SAFE liposuction. The patient enjoyed a quick recovery. She said she had less pain than she had experienced with her c section. She is thrilled with the appearance of her breasts, abdomen and hips–“My belly’s flat and my breasts are where they belong. It’s the best thing I ever did.”
