Breast Lift (Vertical Mastopexy Only) Patient 11**

About This Patient

This 16 year old came to Dr. Parker requesting breast reduction. She wears a 36 DDD bra and is very bothered by the appearance of her pendulous and very large breasts. Her breasts started growing rapidly in the 5th grade and have now been stable for approximately 1 year. Dr. Parker performed a vertical breast reduction and lollipop lift, removing 335 grams of tissue from the right breast and 355 grams from the somewhat larger and more pendulous left side. The patient recovered quickly and experienced little pain after surgery. She noted her chest felt much lighter immediately after surgery. She wears a C cup bra now and loves her uplifted breasts with their smaller size and improved shape. The patient’s mother was so impressed with the patient’s recovery and results that she too is scheduled in the near future to have her breasts operated on by Dr. Parker.
