Male Rhinoplasty Patient 2**
About This Patient
This 38-year old, referred by his primary care physician, expressed concern about his heavy neck, over-projecting nose and obstructed breathing on the left side. He had undergone a closed rhinoplasty many years ago by another plastic surgeon. During surgery, Dr. Parker sculptured the patient’s neck with VASER liposuction. With an open approach, he also recontoured the patient’s nasal tip to set it back somewhat in better harmony with the rest of the patient’s face. Additionally, an SMR and inferior turbinectomy were performed to improve the patient’s breathing. Postoperatively, the patient was very happy with the new contour of his neck and shape of his nose. His breathing was markedly improved as well.
