Gynecomastia Reduction Patient 13**

About This Patient

This 21 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by his pediatrician, requested improvement in the appearance of his chest. He said his breasts enlarged at age 13 and have remained that way since. Dr. Parker removed the fatty and fibroglandular tissue with SAFE liposuction and direct excision through a small hemi areolar incision, 90 cc on the right and 95 cc on the left side. The patient experienced little bruising and swelling. He is quite pleased with the now normal contour and appearance of his chest.
