Breast Reduction Patient 9**

About This Patient

This 20-year-old patient complained of her large breasts causing neck and back pain. She wore a 36 double D bra and wished to be a C cup. The patient is 5′10′ and weighs 162 pounds. A central pedicle breast reduction was performed by Dr. Parker removing 490 gm from the left breast and 330 gm from the right breast. Postoperatively, the patient was pleased by the improved appearance of her breasts and disappearance of all preoperative symptoms.
