About This Patient

This 41-year-old was referred to Dr. Parker by her gynecologist to improve the size and droopiness of her breasts. She is 5′1″ tall and weighs 125 pounds. She currently wears an A cup bra and would like to be somewhat larger and uplifted. In her preoperative Sizing and Shaping session, the patient selected 200 cc implants. Dr. Parker pointed out to her the preexisting asymmetry between her breasts in both size and shape. Intraoperatively, Dr. Parker inserted a smooth round moderate plus profile saline implants 200 cc on the right and 215 cc on the left. He was able to perform a minimal scar periareolar mastopexy to reduce the size of the areolas and uplift the breasts. The patient is pleased with the size and shape of her new breasts.
