Breast Lift with Implants Patient 13**

About This Patient

This 36 year old female, referred by a friend, expressed concern about her sagging breasts which also have lost volume. She used to be a D cup and is presently a C cup. The patient is 5′5″ tall and weighs 130 lbs. After discussing all options the patient requested a vertical mastopexy with insertion of saline implants. This procedure was performed by Dr. Parker, inserting high profile saline implants in the submuscular position, 300 cc in the left breast, 285 cc in the right breast. Postoperatively, the patient was very pleased with the rejuvenated appearance of her breasts.
