About This Patient

This 39 year old asked Dr. Parker to improve the appearance of her breasts. After having had 2 children, her breasts went from a size DD to a size 34 B cup, and became deflated and saggy, even though she had not breastfed her infants. She asked Dr. Parker to make her breasts fuller and lift them to a more youthful position. She is 5′ 8″ and weighs 120 pounds. Dr. Parker performed an augmentation mastopexy, or lollipop lift. In order to improve upon the patient’s pre-existing asymmetry, he inserted a 350 cc silicone implant in the right breast and a 375 cc implant in her smaller left breast. He then lifted the breasts higher on the patient’s chest wall with a lollipop lift. The patient recovered quickly and is absolutely thrilled with her fuller, uplifted breasts.
