About This Patient

This 39 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by other patients asking for improvement in the appearance of her breasts. Following the birth of her children, the patient lost 25 pounds through diet and exercise. With this, her breasts lost volume and sagged; she requested they be made fuller and sit higher on her chest. The patient is 5’5″ tall and weighs 120 pounds. During the patient’s initial consultation, Dr. Parker pointed out the pre-existing asymmetry between her breasts and discussed treatment options. The patient decided to undergo a vertical breast lift (lollipop lift) along with breast augmentation. In performing this procedure, Dr. Parker inserted different size implants to optimize symmetry: on the right and larger breast, he inserted a 350 cc silicone implant, on the left side a 400 cc silicone implant. The patient recovered quickly after her procedure. She is thrilled with her beautiful, fuller and perkier breasts.
