About This Patient

This 51 year old patient was referred to Dr. Parker by another patient, requesting improvement in the appearance of her droopy breasts and her nipples, which were pointing downward. The patient is 5’1″ tall and weighs 155 pounds. During the patient’s initial consultation, Dr. Parker discussed a vertical mastopexy (“lollipop lift”) with breast implants to elevate the breasts into a more youthful position and shape. The pre-existing asymmetry between the two breasts was discussed as well. At surgery, Dr. Parker inserted a 200 cc silicone implant in the right breast and 175 cc in the left. He also tightened the loose skin and lifted the breasts with the “lollipop lift”. The patient’s recovery went well. She is very happy with the more symmetric and youthful appearance of her breasts.
