Breast Lift with Implants Patient 29**

About This Patient

This 27 year old, referred to Dr. Parker by several other patients, requested improvement in the appearance of her breasts. She gave birth several years ago and has lost 15-20 pounds over the past two years with diet and exercise. She would like her breasts firmer and perkier, but does not want a vertical scar. The patient is 5’9″ tall, weighs 135 pounds and wears a D cup bra. During the patient’s Sizing Session, she selected 125 cc silicone implants and requested these be inserted through periareolar mastopexy incisions. Subsequently, at surgery, Dr. Parker inserted 125 cc silicone implants and performed periareolar mastopexies on both sides to lift the nipple/ areolar complexes. The patient enjoyed a prompt recovery with very little pain. She is extremely happy with her fuller and perkier breasts.
