About This Patient

This 39 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by a former patient. Following the birth of her children, she noticed her breasts had lost volume and that they sagged. She no longer fills out the B cup she wears. The patient requested restoration of her breast volume along with a moderate lift to fill out the upper pole of her breasts and improve upon her stretch marks there. The patient is 5’5″ tall and weighs 127 pounds. Dr. Parker discussed with the patient, then subsequently performed a periareolar augmentation mastopexy. Based on the patient’s Sizing Sessions, he inserted 300 cc silicone implants into a partial submuscular position, then lifted the areolas with a periareolar mastopexy. He lifted the left side more than the right to improve upon her pre-existing asymmetry. The patient recovered quickly afterwards. She is very happy with her improved appearance including fuller, uplifted, more youthful breasts and a marked diminution of her stretch marks.
