Breast Enlargement (Augmentation) Patient 94**

About This Patient

This 33 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by her husband, an existing patient. She came in explaining to Dr. Parker that her breasts had become smaller and deflated after breastfeeding. She had been a B cup pre-pregnancy and was an A cup after. She wanted to have her volume restored. The patient is 5′ 10″ tall and weighs 105 pounds. During her Sizing and Shaping sessions, she chose silicone implants, 375 cc for her right and smaller breast, 350 cc for her left breast. At surgery, Dr. Parker used short, well-concealed inframammary incisions to place the implants in a dual-plane location. She recovered quickly after surgery, and she loves the fuller, yet more proportional and natural, appearance of her breasts.
