Breast Enlargement (Augmentation) Patient 88**

About This Patient

This 32 year old Asian patient was referred to Dr. Parker by another patient. She came in requesting more volume in her breasts which she said disappeared after breastfeeding her two sons. The patient is 5′ 9″, weighs 135 pounds and wears a 34 A cup bra. During her Sizing and Shaping sessions, she decided upon 375 cc silicone implants. At surgery Dr. Parker used inframammary incisions to insert these into a dual-plane location. The patient bounced back quickly afterwards with no bruising, only a mild amount of swelling, and no pain. She loves the restored fullness of her breasts as well as their natural look and feel.
