Breast Enlargement (Augmentation) Patient 87**

About This Patient

This 31 year old came in requesting improvement in the appearance of her breasts. She said her breasts had always been small but became even smaller after breastfeeding her 3 children. She also wanted Dr. Parker to treat the resulting sagging and her enlarged nipples. The patient is 5’1″ tall and weighs 100 pounds. She wears a 32 A cup and wished to be a C cup. Dr. Parker inserted silicone implants into a dual plane position using inframammary incisions. For the larger right breast, he inserted a 275 cc implant, while on the left side he used a 325 cc implant. He also performed a nipple reduction. The patient enjoyed a rapid recovery with very little pain. She is very pleased with the natural look and feel of her fuller, uplifted breasts as well as her more normal nipple size and shape.
