About This Patient

This 41 year old patient was referred to Dr. Parker by another patient who had also had breast augmentation at the Parker Center. She said her breasts have always been smaller than desired but became even smaller and started sagging after her pregnancies. The patient wears a 34 A cup, is 5′ 6″ tall and weighs 110 pounds. At the patient’s consultation, Dr. Parker presented options for dealing with her asymmetric breasts and lost volume. They agreed on breast augmentation to restore lost volume and a left peri-areolar mastopexy to improve the pre-existing asymmetry between the two sides. At surgery, Dr. Parker inserted 325 cc silicone implants into a dual plane location using peri-areolar incisions. He then lifted the nipple-areolar complex on the left side to match the right. The patient’s recovery was quick and uneventful. She loves the markedly improved size, shape and symmetry of her breasts.
