Breast Lift with Implants Patient 33**
About This Patient
This 19 year old lost 30 pounds through diet and exercise. Following her weight loss, she said her breasts lost volume, sagged and became asymmetric. She requested that Dr. Parker make her breasts fuller with breast augmentation and hopefully, more symmetric as well. During her initial consultation, Dr. Parker discussed options with the patient. She elected breast augmentation through periareolar incisions with a periareolar mastopexy, or lift, on the left side to optimize symmetry. During the patient’s Sizing and Shaping Session, she chose a 375 cc silicone implant for her left and smaller breast and a 350 cc implant on the right side. At surgery, Dr. Parker inserted these implants into partial subpectoral pockets to equalize her breast volumes. He then lifted the left nipple areolar complex to more closely match that on the right side with a periareolar mastopexy. The patient said her recovery was quick and associated with very little pain. She is very pleased with her fuller, natural looking and soft breasts.
