Breast Enlargement (Augmentation) Patient 59**

About This Patient

This 30 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by another patient with concerns about the loss of fullness in her breasts and her buttocks after childbirth. Though she was concerned about the fullness of her abdomen, she said she would address this after having more children. The patient is 4’11” and weighs 130 pounds. Dr. Parker pointed out the pre existing asymmetry of her breasts and discussed options for breast enhancement with the patient. He also discussed VASER liposuction of her hips along with fat injections to her buttocks. Dr. Parker pointed out that sculpting the hips with VASER liposuction and injecting fat into the buttocks were complementary to one another in terms of optimal shaping of the hip and buttock area. Subsequently, at surgery, Dr. Parker inserted different sized silicone implants in the patient’s breasts through inframammary incisions, 350 cc on the right side and 375 cc on the left. He removed 450 cc of fat from her hips with VASER liposuction, purified it and injected all of the purified fat, 300 cc, into each buttock. The patient recovered rapidly afterwards. She is pleased with the fuller shape of her breasts and buttocks as well as her more shapely hips.
