About This Patient

This 26 year old asked Dr. Parker to improve the appearance of her breasts. She reported they have always been smaller than desired but became even smaller and sagged after 2 pregnancies. The patient expressed concern about the healing of her scars after surgery. Dr. Parker discussed the pros and cons of various access incisions with the patient; they agreed on carefully executed inframammary incisions. The patient is 5’5″ tall, weighs 165 pounds, and wears a 34 A cup. During her Sizing Session, the patient selected 400 cc silicone implants. At surgery, Dr. Parker made carefully designed inframammary incisions and inserted the implants in partial submuscular pockets. The patient recovered quickly after surgery with little pain. Her incisions healed very well. She is pleased with not only that but the natural look and feel of her breasts.
