About This Patient

This 34-year-old was referred to Dr. Parker by a friend who is also a patient. The patient said her breasts have always been smaller than desired. She said it affects the clothing and beach attire she wears and that she is extremely self-conscious about it; she would like to look and feel better. The patient is 5’3″ tall, weighs 120 pounds, and wears a 32 A cup bra. Dr. Parker counseled the patient about breast augmentation in detail and she decided to proceed. In her Sizing Session, the patient selected 375 cc silicone implants. At surgery, Dr. Parker inserted these implants into a partial submuscular pocket through inframammary incisions. The patient recovered quickly afterward. She is delighted with her soft, natural-appearing breasts. Her self confidence has skyrocketed and she loves the clothes and beach attire she can now wear and look great.
