About This Patient

This 68 year old was referred to Dr Parker by her dermatologist for heaviness of her upper eyelid skin and puffiness of her lower eyelids. She had undergone previous blepharoplasty surgery in California 20 years ago. Dr Parker performed a secondary upper and lower lid blepharoplasty on the patient. He removed the excess upper and lower eyelid skin. He also transferred some of the herniated fat from the lower lids to the nasojugal grooves to achieve better blending between the lower eyelid and cheek. The patient recovered quickly after surgery and is thrilled with the rejuvenated appearance of her eyelids.
