About This Patient

This 53 year old patient requested Dr Parker to improve the appearance of her outer thighs and buttocks. She had liposuction of her outer thighs and a tummy tuck done elsewhere several years ago. The patient is very self conscious about the soft tissue laxity and irregular contour of her outer thighs and buttocks. This limits the type of clothing she can wear. The patient is 5’5″ tall and weighs 145 pounds. Dr Parker performed a lateral thigh and buttock lift to tighten and lift these areas by extending the patient’s abdominoplasty incision posteriorly. The patient said her recovery was much easier than her tummy tuck. She is very happy with the improvement in her contour, soft tissue laxity and appearance.
