This 83 year old was referred to Dr. Parker for post Mohs reconstruction following the removal of a large basal cell skin cancer involving the nasal skin, cartilage and nasal lining. Dr. Parker reconstructed the defect with cartilage grafts, lining flaps and a forehead flap.
