About This Patient
The patient was referred to Dr. Parker for reconstruction of his nose following Mohs surgery to remove a recurrent basal cell skin cancer. Dr. Parker repaired the nasal defect with adjacent skin and fat from his nose, known as a bilobed flap, along with a cartilage graft.
