About This Patient

This patient was referred to Dr. Parker for reconstruction of a large defect on her nose following 4 stages of Moh’s surgery. Dr. Parker reconstructed the defect with skin and fatty tissue from the forehead, known as a forehead flap. Subsequently, the patient was again referred to Dr. Parker for reconstruction of a moderate sized defect on the left side of her nose following 2 stages of Mohs surgery. Dr. Parker reconstructed this defect with adjacent skin and fatty tissue on the upper aspect of the left side of the nose, known as a bilobed flap. The patient has obtained a satisfactory reconstruction of both defects.
