About This Patient

This 19 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by another of his rhinoplasty patients. She asked him to remove her dorsal hump, refine her “ball-like” tip and make her nose look smaller. At surgery, Dr. Parker performed an open rhinoplasty. He reduced the bony cartilaginous hump, refined the nasal tip and performed alar base resections to narrow the base of the nose. The patient recovered quickly without pain afterwards. She is very happy with the improved appearance of her nose.
