About This Patient

This 49 year old existing patient of Dr. Parker came in requesting improvement in the appearance of her nose. She asked Dr. Parker to remove the dorsal hump and refine her broad tip, and she wanted her nose to look natural. She asked Dr. Parker not to make drastic changes. Dr. Parker performed an open rhinoplasty during which he removed the bony cartilaginous hump, performed infractures to narrow the nasal bones appropriately, and re-shaped the patient’s bulbous tip under direct vision. The patient’s recovery was uneventful. She is very happy with the improved yet natural appearance of her nose.
