About This Patient

This 18 year old was referred to Dr. Parker by another rhinoplasty patient of Dr. Parker’s. The patient said as she had aged she had developed a dorsal hump, and she asked that it be corrected. Dr. Parker performed a closed rhinoplasty in which he reduced the dorsal hump and created infractures to appropriately narrow the upper nose. The patient’s recovery went as expected. She is very happy with the natural and improved appearance of her nose.
