Rhinoplasty Patient 37**
About This Patient
This 21 year old patient asked Dr. Parker to improve the appearance of her nose. She was bothered by her dorsal hump, bulbous tip and the crooked look of her nose. Dr. Parker performed an open rhinoplasty whereby he reduced the bony and cartilaginous dorsal hump, refined the bulbous tip by removal of excess cartilage, then sculpted the remaining tip cartilage with sutures and straightened the patient’s nose. Her recovery afterwards was normal. The patient now loves the way her nose looks, its better proportion with her facial features. She has commented on how natural it looks.
