About This Patient

This 33 year old presented to Dr. Parker requesting improvement in the appearance of her nose. She was bothered by the excessive width of the upper and lower nose, dorsal hump and broad tip. Dr. Parker subsequently performed an open rhinoplasty where the following steps were taken: reducing the bony cartilaginous hump infracturing to narrow the upper nose re-shaping the tip cartilage including use of cartilage grafts to create a more defined tip alar base resectioning to narrow the width of the lower nose The patient was delighted with her pain free and quick recovery. She is very happy with the natural, more refined appearance of her nose.
